Leírás:RO.GO.PA.G consists of four short films by four directors of, seemingly, opposite ideological backgrounds, Roberto Rossellini, Jean-Luc Godard, Pier Paolo Pasolini and Ugo Gregoretti, direct, respectively, the following sketches, in order to express man’s difficulty in conforming with turbulent and neurotic everyday life.
1st SKETCH: INNOCENCE (L'ILLIBATEZZA)
2nd SKETCH: THE NEW WORLD (LE NOUVEAU MONDE)
3rd SKETCH: CHEESE (LA RICOTTA)
4th SKETCH: (IL POLL RUSPANTE)
The film was a commercial success and was highly praised by critics, while its title comes from the directors’ initials: RΟ(SSELLINI) GO(DARD) PA(SOLINI) G(REGORETTI).
